WASHINGTON BASEBALL CAMPS
at the new Husky Ballpark!
The Washington Baseball Camps are intensive, instructional camps designed to provide the best possible
baseball instruction for players of all ages and abilities. Emphasis is placed upon improving each
individual's skills and knowledge of baseball in a structured, yet fun learning environment. We will
teach you the skills and drills that have made our players at the University of Washington some of the
best in the Northwest.
All camp content is exactly the same as we teach in the University of Washington Baseball Program. We
simply break it down appropriately for the age group being taught. We teach the proper techniques of
hitting, pitching, catching, infield, outfield, baserunning, and team defense. We will also include as
much individual instruction as possible based on the time allowed in each camp. A special emphasis on
all our camps is a commitment to developing a proper mental approach for each athlete in all phases of
the game.
Each camper will be taught the fundamentals of baseball structured toward your age level. Your
development as a player and your understanding of the game will develop through skill ihnstruction,
drills, and game pariticipation. Our camp is for the seriuos baseball player who has the desire to be
the best in the future.
If you have a desire to play college or professional baseball, we believe our camp can provide the first
step toward you realizing that goal. Many of our former campers have developed into some of the top
players in the area and have gone on to successful collegiate and professional careers.
